Awful Taste

I couldn’t finish the sample. The taste was so bad I threw in the trash. I couldn’t bring myself to offer to friends or family. Sorry to have to give this review. I still use the hydration daily and the salt.

How To Mix Re-Lyte Like A Pro

Add one scoop of Re-Lyte Boost to 12-16 ounces of water and mix well.

Just like the other mixes in our Re-Lyte line, Boost is super clean and unrefined, which means you'll need to mix it like you mean it.

You may notice sediment at the bottom of your container when done. that is trace minerals from Real Salt® that are safe and beneficial to consume.
